Why not already!!! Let's get it on! Listen folks: for the US govt to invest a million bucks to develop and test a brilacidin inhaler now actually makes sense. We take the RBL at its word: not so much dosing needed for efficacy for some application- preventive, let's say.

Do we know the doses for antiinflamm effect? no, not at all. Does this have any bearing on antibacterial effect- who knows, we don't.

BUT nota bene: for the govt to step in and ask for debvelopment of B inhaler to prevent disease now makes some sense.

How much sense? We have not been given enough data. What is the mood at the RBL? Let's get it on?

The initial data out - very little to be sure- suggests a role that the good old USA ought to be exploiting-
