MH is serious about this yes-because he is collecting more than 1/2
million dollars a year salary , +medical and expenses paid and a retirement program + bonuses ( EBITA has been negative; but he still
gets share bonuses) He keeps bringing in more consultants to protect his position and distract from the bottom line -increased salaries and losses
He will keep this going THROUGH DILUTION AND DECEPTION for as long as he can. THE ORIGINAL AUTHORIZED SHARES WERE 6 BILLION -he is now at 5 BILLION
if multiplied by split factors (33 million X 150 ) but they now say the
authorized share level is 130 MILLION (if that is multiplied by 150 ,it
equates to 19,500,000,000 new authorized share dilution levels .
DON'T be fooled by the number distraction game -he screwed the shareholders and intends to keep that going for as long as he can play it out
