Roth was suspended by the SEC. Read the suspension notice, but I believee the wording is general boiler plate with no details. As such Roth trades, but on the grey market.

I do not not know any more than this. I would recommend calling the company and ask your questions. Call SEC too but unlikely they will tell you anything.
