They are getting a great buy price on almost 200 acres of land including the golf course. There are nice houses being built in the area where the golf course is. They are looking to develop the non golf course land for houses etc. They aren't spinning off either hotel and are taking IBAC into more of a real estate direction and spinning off the food service in the other direction.

Again if what I understand to be true they are getting the golf course at a great price! JMHO!
