I expect the judge will give preliminary approval to the revised Proposed Settlement, and will set a hearing date at least two months out, to allow time for the parties to generate and distribute a notice to shareholders, within a set timeframe.

Not sure how he will "reprimand" the parties, but I agree that he will do so in some fashion.
