The only thing we "I", can think of, someone waits
for the NEWS and then sells, or Dumps their shares
in hopes that there would be enough volume to soak them up.
Otherwise they would plummet the price down with the amount of shares they own.
In times past it was in the millions of shares.

The bigger the News the more of a Dump.
