Time remains to establish a lower cost average.

JMO, butthis is time to raise funds, sell losers and poor performers,harvest losses, dip into savings, check your couch and pockets for loose change.

I have already done these things and am fully invested. If you believe IPIX is going up and you have read and understand the PRs from February 18 to now you still have time.

IMO the train is leaving the station soon. You can buy a ticket and get on board or be left at the station.
