I’m really not familiar with what happens to a PPS when a company is bought out. Especially if it’s someone like DoorDash who doesn’t have an IPO. Where I live in Southeast Texas and Louisiana, Waitr is king. DoorDash is a competitor, but not much of one. Seems like they would make their money back relatively quickly to buy Waitr out and get them out of their way.
