See I think moves like this crush a stock and the longs. It allows a new group of people now in at .85 so a ten percent flip for them is now under. 95 a 20 is just over a buck. These moves are a kick in the face to the people who helped prop up their share price. Its managements job to protect their holders when this stuff happens.
