Called the Florida Dept. of State and they verfied that the information listed on the website is correct.

...they added as a caveat that if the company did add additional directors, they have not filed,prior to two weeks ago, with any official amendments that add directors. If somethin has been filed within the last two weeks it may not have been processed yet.
