No, that is not how it was. In May, everyone knew Jon couldn’t get in. It was assumed that Ken Le could get them in either by picking up in U.S. or meeting Jon in South Korea as there was a way to fly to S. Korea from both countries. Z-man thought this would be so too. However, it appears Kim only trusts Jon for this job. Jon was supposed to fly, at least it appeared, at first available earlier this month. Didn’t happen and don’t know why. ... perhaps, they were going to make him quarantine for two weeks and that would not work. Just a guess.
