what I'm saying is when you use multiple companies working together you can obey pay for the other expenses since they are related entities. That GR Albania specifically stated the client was Falak Properties and Shala energy plc. This because most likely Falak Properties paid that bill for the design work and there would not be disclosed in any of the subsidiaries.

3power shala is just the developer and is the office not the equity positions. Falak Properties also is a partnership with 3power shala so that entity alone is paying for some project development.

I thought we went through this but to bid on a contract and if you win it in the paper work you have to put 10% as penalties on the day its signed for failure to perform the contract obligations. PSPW has 3 years on filings so its probably in there.
