Titan Medical Inc (TMDIF)

I keep coming back to the shares that were recently sold to an unknown entity. I have several questions and comments regarding the selling of these shares:

1.If you were a hedge fund or basically, any company other than MDT, JNJ or ISRG, why would you care if the public knew you bought the shares. Let's say for giggles it was Longtai(LOL). Why would you care who knew? Just announce it. I does not affect your company in any way. (Unless it is a big player who wants to remain anonymous because they will eventually be buying Titan.)

2. Titan is struggling with its share price not being over $1 again and Nasdaq will be on them again. Why wouldn't Titan announce who the major buyer is, especially if it was ISRG, JNJ or MDT? It would blow the pps through the roof. Titan would no longer have to worry about Nasdaq or share price and could focus on robot development. (Unless Titan knows the game plan knows its future is solid. Titan will put our PR's when necessary to get the pps back up.)


Thoughts?

I suspect the news that we need will be coming out soon.
