Hmmm. I think you forgot to mention that the Auth share count is almost maxed out at 500 Mill shares.

The current O.S count is 459,980,000 Mill shares!

I would bet the farm that this has a Reverse Split coming sooner then later.

The last Reverse on this ticker was for 1:3
