I think Kosmos did the seismic and either Erhe or Total viewed the results after Kosmos stalled on payment to Erhe maybe thinking we would bankrupt or fold and IMO that was a huge mistake and it opened the door to a deal with Total Fina. I seem to remember Kosmos not being happy when either party saw the results of the seismic but after the results were out of the bag it was a game changer. 3 years of litigation and Kosmos suing for $500 million for Blk 4. What an amazing story that Erhe is still strong in the game!
