please, how do you know this? I work full time and look to the board for most DD. I am very lazy about finding things to share but if i say it i would provide a link or some verbal reasoning. please put the energy into why you say this please by using some quotes or references from people involved with this merger
Please help me in understanding why this is now the preferred method to go public. also, i thought JG had a patent they needed.
