I guess this private equity firm that has been involved here for months has just learned about spac’s and said wow how did we not know about this all this time and are switching gears now. In addition to this they chose to extend the LOI period and not flat out cancel it as they could have easily done. The language in the loi was specific for a reason. Lolololol.
