I can testify to the cancellation of elective surgeries. I was assigned to a very large Texas covid 19 drive through testing site until this week. The testing staff was made up entirely of a large Dallas hospitals therapists. There jobs have been suspended since mid March until now, because of no elective surgeries. The hospital placed them into testing so that they can receive paychecks. The hospitals are hurting because of the loss of elective surgery revenue.
