Looks like what you are saying in short, is the SEC will allow it as they are a non reporting company? Even if that’s so, what will shareholders really be getting? Sure today PAOG pps is .0019. But my guess is they are not going to be able to maintain Anything close to that price when they add a billion+ more shares to the 800mil OS that their already working with. And that stop sign not going to go away on its own. So shareholders going to get worthless shares that still have a stop sign attached to them?
