Likely more than one lender and MM selling as per latest filing. These guys are nasty. When they know that they will be able to convert, they pre sell millions of shares [thru naked shorting]to get the price as low as they can, so when they call to convert they get maximum number of shares on the cheap. They then cover their short with these shares. That's why you rarely see short covering rallies.

Don't know WTF MW was thinking [perhaps star struck] when paying off a few hundred K in loans wasn't as important to him as sealing 9 figure deals. The only good news regarding notes is when these are done there are no more remaining.
