That would all work out perfectly & exactly as you say, if you were to get the shares today. PURA OS 716mil. You’re kidding yourself if you think they are going to do a 1 for 1 Divy along with a 2nd spin-off for KALI, and add all that OS to their current OS of 800+ mil and can maintain their current price per share. PAOG going to be @ .0001 before anyone at PURA can trade it. That’s if they ever even can trade it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this deal fail exactly like the last. I might be wrong but seems like a ton of talk to me. Will the SEC even allow them to do a spin-off with them not being current and a stop sign associated with them?
