Yeah, seems that way. I only opened a fidelity account cause my bro works for service now and that's where his shares go. Had I known I would have used someone else. I like the platform, just not the rules. May switch up soon. I'm pretty much all in and holding my positions though as I rather not have to pay the big gains tax.
Would use Interactive brokers just for the margin interest but I like risk and you need 100k balance for the secure ones. Messed up and sold tsla too soon on the run up otherwise I would have that.
