Per the PR yesterday from EQBM, Larry has delivered the Divy/warrants to the TA. Now the TA cannot deliver to ALL the shareholders due, that he is suppose to according to the extra 118+ million shares. Therefore the DTC has now been informed by the TA, and the process has begun.

It is now in the DTC hands to rectify this issue!! May take a little time, but the trap has been sprung!!!!!


We only have 6 trading days left of the year, and then it's the anticipated close of Dalian within the first couple weeks of January.
