Be nice to know what the real float number is. Not to be negative, but most of these small companies have one or two insiders who take a discounted loan out on their blocks and sad to say, most default and it all gets dumped into market. I don't trust the OTC # of 39.5m at all. In the case of Cartel Blue, I sure hope I'm wrong..
