(IMO-Food for thought), I reviewed the past few months chart for CLSI, and I don't believe there has been enough volume to be considered distribution by any means. I still believe shares are in the accumulation phase.

If one compares the stock (volume) action for this last rise to $0.08 per share value, to the last rise of $0.11 per share value (no news), one could conclude the $0.11 (volume-48mm) pattern, certainly could be distribution - why? Because some longs were tired of holding for so long (up to 20 years in some cases). When the company was sold, they just wanted out. That is why the 48mm came out for distribution. Its as simple as that. This last rise to $0.08 rise was nil, and continues to be nil today.

If one compares these short term chart(s) - (price and volume) - actions to an even longer past period, one could possibly make an educated guess that this stock could be something really special in the future. (All in my opinion, of course).

There are many ways to try to understand the price movements. (Every thing has a story to tell, if you let it speak. In most cases it never reveals when or how much. Isn't that why some or most are left guessing or resort to the method of flipping?).
