allie can better explain, but IMO, despite the additional O/S, the float remains close to, if not the same as it was before because the new shares are restricted. I take it as a good sign that insiders have picked up shares.

As far as advertising money goes, Paul has mentioned that the preferred avenue is to let the resellers do the "heavy lifting" with regard to laying out bundles of money for advertising expense.

I agree with you on the news, I would like to see some unexpected bombshells come out starting in January,
