KATE SAYS QEDN IS FILING BANKRUPTCY

You can see the e-mail where Kate says QEDN is filing bankruptcy in the notes above. She says:

I want to inform you that we are in the process to file bankruptcy on GEGI and QEDN I will provide you with the documentation as soon the attorney will have it ready



The e-mail itself is also filed in the Lattuca case. Attached to the filing is an e-mail from Kate saying QEDN is filing bankruptcy. The Lattuca case is the best source of DD on QEDN.
