actually it is not a retail market buy. If you look at the price of the transaction you will see FIVE ZEROS and a ONE .000001

this is merely someone submitting a "worthless securities" form to their broker to remove the stock from their account. This was done for one or two reasons... two remove the stench of this POS from their account and/or to claim the loss for a tax return
