The en banc decision, while surprising, will be rendered moot by SCOTUS...why do you think it had ZERO effect? Sweeney's "comments" would only have meaning if they were made as part of a ruling or verdict. But I digress, one would actually have to be at trial for either of those to occur. I remain very disheartened by DJT and his failure to expose this fiasco, but knowing that Mnuchin is steering the ship removes any surprise from me. He is beholden to WS and TBTF, as such the GSE's have little chance of survival of any of this.
