You’re never going to get those NOUV shares. That deal bellied up and is being unwinded. Once the deal is finalized with PAOG, the companies should issue a date of record. But... I can’t imagine the SEC is going to allow PAOG to perform a spinoff when they are not current. Also they are suppose to be doing a spinoff for KALI which otc has labeled a caveat emperor. Even if you do get shares of PAOG with the dilution that will be coming from adding all the free shares they are going to be giving away, the shares You’re going to getting are going to be worthless anyway.
