One reason M/M might be inclined to treat is the "after effects" some patients are experiencing. Waiting on data to see how they do after treatment and "cleared." So many unknowns at this point of the lasting effects of Covid. Will some need treatment for extended periods to alleviate other risks that develop later? We do not know. And if a vaccine is developed, how long is it effective? 3 months? Lifetime? (most likely not, IMO). So, is there an indication for Leronlimab long term for those that present severe or even some with M/M? Time will tell.
