If you want to accumulate many shares you can't just sit back and wait for someone to dump for the bidding $, you have to step up and pay the ask. You also can't sit back and hope someone else doesn't step up and grab the shares before you either. They were bought under 30 which is still less than what was the moving average past couple weeks. only reason it dropped was 30 was the $ most got in at and thus they sold out in fear it would drop further, which it did due to ripple effect and stop sign reducing buyers. stop sign also prevented those sellers from getting back in around 20. So, here we are back around 30 again. No reason to sell as it should go up close to or over .01 soon as the financials become current and people can buy back in.
