Agreed, regarding "OS + short share = total OS". I cannot agree with Krom. I never heard something like that. That wouldn't make any sense, because you only can be short in a stock if you are able to get them from another owner. And that's only possible if those owners haven't set any order for their shares. So the total amount cannot change only if someone is short with a stock.
