Thank you for your email. I spoke to our Dividend Department regardingthe below security. The shares distributed are not DTC eligible, andthat lack of eligibility can only be resolved by Equitable Mining. Thespin-off company is Soma Petroleum; we have been advised that thoseshares will be restricted when issued, and non-tradable for therestriction period. What that restriction period will be is up toEquitable Mining/Soma. When a Pay Date is scheduled by DTC, Scottrade will be ready to acceptyour shares and credit them appropriately. To date, there is no PayDate to release the shares.
