Ultimately .... yes. But Technicals oft time precede fundamentals and before you know it, the stock is up or down before the fundamentals are known.
So the best approach is to employ both even though they may not be in synch all the time.
So I ask, are the fundamentals you base your position on what you "think you know" or what you believe and hope to see?? What are the fundamentals? I see allot of good outcomes that may occur but still the operative word is "May" not "Has" occured.
The Technicals is what the market sees and isn't that much of what matters?
Charts don't lie but investors imagine.
