WELL...If someone actually bought 2-3 billion shares of a valueless dividend stock from PYCT, then WHY????

The company has no money value, no management, no business plan...then why would anyone, of any intelligence, move forward with no DD, and NO plan??

Whom ever bought those shares either did it because they have some inside information as to what might be comming down the chute, and wanted to cash in big time, OR are they aware about the reported humungous naked short position and want to cash in this way, as well...a double victory for the investor...

I would speculate that Lazar already knows these things and is making adjustments accordingly... 50 - 80 billion potential naked shorted shares might drive a PPS very high, even from a shell dividend company with NO value... We all will know pretty soon what the plan is...

OR, might the investment be to buy and then retire the 2-3 billion shares to lighten the number of company shares which will make it much more valuable to the new shell owner... jmho
