Because if he opens JRMC it will be Q3 which will not affect profits stated in Q2. I'm sure he's not happy with that. So before Q3 10Q and before the press release for JRMC opening, TPTW jv, and Q2 financials, he's gonna do the ugly deed. IMO
This will truly show how little regard he has for shareholders.....
