CA TRIAL_VACATED/POSTPONED AT_LEAST_TO_NOV 2020 LMAO !!

USRM ??? It's "ready" for BANKRUPTCY looks like to me ????

I tried to state the facts here of what was going to happen- given ALL the unheard motions and unresolved issues before the CA court case. The judge was NOT going to "toss out the case" or "wipe out the FDA in trial in a matter of minutes" (LMAO!) or any other nonsense BS that had been stated w/o any "law" to back any of it up :)

Judge Bernal ON HIS OWN "VACATED THE TRIAL" and said to the two sides, "COME UP WITH A NEW DATE ON YOUR OWN, NO SOONER THAN NOV 2020 AT THE EARLIEST and GOOD FREAKING LUCK" LMAO !!

QUOTE of court:

"MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Jesus G. Bernal:ORDER VACATING TRIAL.

The court on its own motion hereby vacates the trial set for July 28, 2020. Counsel are ordered to meet and confer and submit a new proposed trial schedule with a trial to commence on or after November of 2020. (lc)"

Wasn't a CHANCE IN HELL that the CA case was "going to trial on July 28th" LMAO ! (that being the CALIFORNIA company's legal case which has NOTHING to do with BK vanished USRM, now literally down to Tomas alone "working" from a "virtual office" and GONE DARK via total failure to SEC file for over 6 months) -

USRM is BK 6 months ago for all intents and purposes and literally has VANISHED - they have no more labs/facility, no SEC reports, no real "clinic" other than the Comella family co-owned clinic;

Kristin-con-Comella-Conmella (multi colored FAKE PhD from Panama and all) has NOTHING to do with U.S. Stem Cell Inc Florida any longer, she has ZERO affiliation with them per her own recent "conference-talk BS disclosures" - so what the hell is actually left or exists of USRM?

They, U.S. Stem Cell Inc, they HAD, PAST tense a lousy $78K cash-on-hand left againt $MILLIONS and $MILLIONS in "current" DEBTS OWED - and no cash coming in. "virtual office" rent-a-desk now for like $269 a month is "WORLD HEADQUARTERS" LMAO !!!

There's no "there" there anymore for U.S. Stem Cell Inc, it's down to an empty shell for the most part- a CASH BROKE/DEBTS IN DEFAULT per 6 month old last SEC filing and NO WAY IN HELL to pay their massive debts owed.

Stick a fork in this POS - cause it's baked, WELL DONE STYLE :)
