I think the term "dumb" may be a bit harsh to use.There are many possible reasons that an investor may chose to liquidate or lighten up on a position, or to buy in, for that matter. If the reason was justifiable to the share owner based upon his own unique set of circumstances at that particular time, it is not necessarily a question of intelligence or lack thereof. GLTU.
