VRUS pays $357 thousand every quarter to MLB until December 2022 for the license (5 million total!). This is why VRUS did not pay cash to BLF for the acquisition and was an all stock transaction.

All this to say they sold $25k worth of garbage in one year!??!

They sold to lose in order to pocket pump money, SBC and crazy salaries. What a legit company! (sarcasm)
