Again, I would not assume that Chinese lawyers are familiar with the ins and outs of US securities regulations.

I have not seen any evidence whatsoever that TRDX has the organizational capability to act as is expected of a US public company (or that they really want to).

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
