The Fees were electronically transferred today


Before the fees can be accepted by OTCM ....the Sender....his parents....his children....anyone at the mall he shopped at...and anyone that was watching the same TV channels as him the last 30 days must all be tested for Covid-19


Once accepted by the OTCM it will only take 90 days to deposit the funds and issue the relevant paperwork
