No way is the O/S 93 mill for GLBS. No way. Someone could of bought that many in the open market. Look at all the volume for the past 30 days. Someone could have bought 90 million on the open market. Also the total proceeds from these three recents private offerings netted the company approx 30 million dollars. So the os share structure. Of 93 million divided by the 30 million net proceeds. Puts the cash value of glbs stock at 30 cents. The company isn’t be truthful about the accurate o/s structure
