Lazar goes into these things thinking, hoping, nobody shows up at the hearings and the Court just gives it to him. Vince had a wife and adult kids that were looking to sell this dead scam after he died. They didn't have any takers, but still may not want to just let somebody take it from them. Somebody has also been keeping the Paradigm Oil website alive all this time as well.
