first, I answer your question:
Slvrf:
Pros- safe jurisdiction, quality of management, Sprott and SSR own 20%, superb website
Cons- 219 million fully diluted shares outstanding, many years away from production.
you will do fine here when silver super-spikes...
I wouldn't completely avoid negative swap line nations however this is an excellent question and I suggest that ALL watch the recent video on this.
My current top 5 PM holdings in order:
PAAS: Proven management team, smart and aggressive, projects well spread out across the world, they have a few Grand Slam projects (IF approved, would add 25% to the share price within a week) such as Navidad. When Guatemala gets going (Tahoe) this will be a massive winner.
AG: Very well run company with great mines in great locations. Their CEO has already made a fortune (for himself and shareholders) in many other previous mining ventures.
MUX- Rob McEwen, CEO, same as AG above. Honest, smart, hardworking CEO leader
MAG- Tremendous Management, proven past record of great success. This is a monster project, going into production soon.
SBUM: reasons previously stated in earlier posts
