I don't believe in that a job should be for life.

At age 87 nobody is at full steam let alone stricken with cancer.

Laws need to change to have an age limit on these positions. 75 should be the maximum age. I'm not discriminating against age but it's just biology at some point we don't regenerate cells as much and hence we are not at full steam.
