Correct me if I am wrong but.....

I think that means there will be a dilution of over 50% in PAOG stock. Currently PAOG has an AS of 1,500,000,000 shares and an OS of 909,183,464.
PURA has an OS of roughly 500,000,000.

PAOG's purchase is giving PURA shareholders a 1:1 dividend of PAOG. After the payment PAGO will have an OS of 1.4 billion shares. 500,000,000 is 55% of 909 million outstanding. So after the purchase PAOG will have diluted the OS by about 55%, but the OS will still be under the current AS.
