this entire 'we need money to complete the financials' is crap. There are plenty of places that could get them straight for next to no cost in a small fraction of the time this has taken since the whole mess started. There is nothing good in them and that's why they aren't done. Actually, they probably ARE done already and the real problem is worse than we even think.
