beer My understanding of this is that a number of companies that use the EPA registration number of PCT have no reIation to PCT and are therefore not going to pay any royaIties or Iicense fees to PCT. Therefore it seems that it is unknown how many of the more than 70 companies that have been identified have no reaI reIationship with PCT. A task wouId therefore be to identify these faIse partners.
