Hey, I think it's really short positions closing out. Short interest is down about 8 million shares in the last month (from 23 to 15 million)

This is a great sign that the bulls will take over soon and this will move big with anticipation of restatement. A lot is about to happen over the next few months. IMO TEUM is alive and well. Holding 120k shares now.

BTW- I saw the same thing happen to WTRH in the .30-.40 area so I bought it up then... Check that chart now, its about $4.00
